Outcome of Using KFibre™ Against Not Using KFibre™ for Weight Loss
The health benefits of KFibre™ in conjunction with a healthy, well-balanced diet have been well-documented.
In a recent weight-loss trial conducted by accredited nutritionist Marissa Pilla, a group of 40 participants were given KFibre™ to incorporate into their daily eating habits, while 50 other people were not given KFibre™ to aid their weight loss.
The results were as follow:
- Both groups maintained a healthy eating plan, while exercising regularly and receiving tailored nutritional advice based on their specific health needs.
- In the Kfibre™ group 37 out of the 40 people managed to achieve the required dose of 1 tablespoon of Kfibre™ morning and afternoon and maintained it (according to their testimonies) during the 8 weeks. Kfibre is to be taken 10/15 minutes before a meal.
- Pathology was only performed by those that had diabetes/insulin resistance and /or high cholesterol. These clients were in the Kfibre™ group only. The results did show Hba1c levels dropping by 0.8%, LDL-C (bad cholesterol) dropping into the normal range for all, (dropping by up to 2 levels) and surprisingly ESR and CRP levels dropping into normal range.
- One lady with an autoimmune condition had her ESR go into the normal range for the first time.
- The sucrose-free sugarcane fibre helped to repress the Gastric Ghrelin Hormone Expression (also known as the Hunger Hormone). This performed considerably better against other fibres such as Psyllium Husk.
