I absolutely would not be without my Kfibre
I use it twice a day minimum. Makes me feel full for longer and makes me feel great. I add it to many things during the course of my week. From protein bliss balls to coconut yoghurt and banana, my morning smoothie, vegetable soup, and more. It’s near undetectable and can be hidden or added to most meals and even drinks like coffee.
